In-Shop

In-shop purchases made between 11/28 and 12/24 can be exchanged for

store credit until 1/7/2026.


Ochre vintage items are final sale.

Sale items are final sale.

We do not accept returns for opened or used wellness products.

Online

We understand the need to try on clothing, so adult clothing purchases can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Clothing must be in new, unworn condition. Sale items remain final sale

All other items can be exchanged for store credit in the form of an e-gift card. 
Return must be initiated & shipped back to Local Nomad within 14 days of delivery.

how to:

Submit a Return Request

When submitting your request, be sure to sign in with the email that you used to place the order.

You will receive a follow up email with our decision to approve or deny your request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will receive an email confirming your refund/store credit/exchange.

If you are sending back an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please take the proper precautions before sending.

Once your order has shipped, Local Nomad cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.


Domestic:

We're currently shipping for free on orders $100+ anywhere in the US. Otherwise, standard shipping is $10.


International: 

If you live outside of the US and Canada please email us for a shipping quote!
