CLOTHING

We understand the need to try on clothing, so adult clothing purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unworn condition. Sale items remain final sale.

This policy applies only to clothing purchased online; clothing purchased in-store is eligible for store credit only.

ALL OTHER ITEMS

These items may be exchanged for store credit via an e-gift card.

Opened or used wellness products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns must be initiated and shipped back to Local Nomad within 14 days of delivery.

When submitting your return request, be sure to sign in using the email address you used to place the order. You will receive a follow-up email with our decision to approve or deny your request.

If your return is approved and requires shipping, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will receive an email confirming your refund, store credit, or exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please take the proper precautions when sending it.

Once your order has shipped, Local Nomad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrect mailing addresses, unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier, or any duties or tariffs incurred.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. Orders under $100 are charged a $10 flat rate for standard shipping.

Canada Shipping:

Orders shipping to Canada are charged a $20 flat rate.

International Shipping:
