In-store:

In-store purchases can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Ochre vintage items are final sale.

Sale items are final sale.

WeĀ do not accept returns forĀ opened or usedĀ apothecary and wellness products.

Online:

We understand the need to try on clothing, so adult clothing purchases can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Clothing must be in new, unworn condition. Sale items remainĀ final sale.Ā All other items can be exchanged for store credit in the form of an e-gift card.Ā Return must be initiated & shipped back to Local Nomad within 14 days of delivery.

When submitting your request, be sure to sign in with the email that you used to place the order. You will receive a follow up email with our decisionĀ to approve or deny your request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspectĀ the returned item(s),Ā you will receive an email confirming your refund/store credit/exchange.

If you are sending backĀ an item over $75, pleaseĀ consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donā€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please take the proper precautions before sending.

Once your order has shipped,Ā Local Nomad cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.Ā 

Domestic:

We're currently shipping for free on orders $100+ anywhere in the US. Otherwise, standard shipping is $10.

International:Ā
