Return Policy

In-Store

In-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Sale items are final sale. Ochre vintage items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used wellness or pantry products.

Online

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, returned items must be mailed within 5 days using the prepaid shipping label provided.

CLOTHING

We understand the need to try on clothing, so full-price adult clothing purchased online may be returned for a full refund.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Sale clothing items are final sale.

This policy applies only to clothing purchased online. Clothing purchased in-store is eligible for store credit only.

ALL OTHER ITEMS

Sale items are final sale. 

Opened or used wellness or pantry products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

All other full-price merchandise may be returned for store credit in the form of an e-gift card. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and condition.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right!

RETURN SHIPPING

Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.

A flat return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from the refund, store credit, or exchange value. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Please note: customers returning international orders are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. The $8 flat-rate return label offered for domestic U.S. returns is not available for international returns.

Submit a Return Request

When submitting your return request, please sign in using the email address associated with your order. You will receive a follow-up email notifying you whether your return request has been approved or denied.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will receive an email confirming your refund or store credit.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, Local Nomad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrect mailing addresses, unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier, or any duties or tariffs incurred.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. Orders under $100 are charged a $10 flat rate for standard shipping.


Canada Shipping:

Orders shipping to Canada are charged a $20 flat rate.


International Shipping:

If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada, please email us for a shipping quote - we’re happy to help coordinate international delivery!
