Once your order has shipped, Local Nomad cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays from the couriers.
Domestic: We're currently shipping for free on orders $50 and up anywhere in the US.
International: If you live outside of the US and Canada please email us for a shipping quote!
Online & In-Store Orders: Items may be returned within 10 days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Online: If 10 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not contacted us about your return, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please do not send items back to the shop without contacting us beforehand. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale Items: All items marked "on sale" are FINAL SALE.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
