Requirements

• At least one year of experience in retail, familiarity with Shopify is a plus!
• Tech-savvy with fundamental computer skills, including Google Sheets and Docs.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 pounds (for tasks such as handling incoming shipments and trash disposal).

Hours

• 20-30 hours/week.
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals through suggestive selling and excellent customer relationship management.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our vendors and products to educate customers about our offerings.
• Process retail transactions.
• Handle phone inquiries and manage online orders during store hours.
• Communicate customer preferences and product needs to the management team to support the shop's product assortment.
• Key holder responsibility with opening and closing duties.
• Follow established operational procedures for opening and closing the shop.
• Ensure the store remains clean and well-maintained throughout each shift.
• Receive incoming shipments and follow inventory processing procedures.
• Organize merchandise displays as new products arrive.
• Assist with shop events scheduled before or after regular hours as needed.
• Participate in paid monthly team meetings held outside of store hours.
