Cardamomo Drinking Chocolate
A delicious and nourishing drinking cacao made with 60% unfermented cacao, cardamom, vanilla bean, piloncillo, and ancestral spring salt. Each ingredient is sourced ethically and intentionally from small family-owned agroforestry farms in Mexico.
This blend brings together cacao and aromatic cardamom with warm vanilla and piloncillo for a rich, comforting cup inspired by traditional Mexican ingredients.
Created by founder and chief chocolatera Ashley Ugarte, this recipe pays homage to her Mexican heritage and family roots across Veracruz, Mexico City, Tamaulipas, and South Texas. Each cup is inspired by the flavors, traditions, and memories of her family.
