Sourced from the Codech cooperative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala, this lot comes from one of Moxie’s favorite regions. The Bourbon varietal adds a smooth, well-rounded body, while the terroir imparts gentle fruity notes over creamy 60% chocolate undertones.
This coffee excels as an espresso, especially in milk-based drinks like cappuccinos, and is also a crowd-pleaser brewed as drip. A balanced, versatile, high-quality lot from the heart of Guatemala.
