Monsoon Chocolate is an award-winning chocolate maker and confectioner based in Tucson, Arizona.
A 74% Dark Chocolate blend of transparently sourced, fine flavor cocoa beans. The beans were selected for their distinct tasting notes to compliment the flavors imparted from the oak barrels previously used to age Hamilton Distillers' award winning Whiskey del Bac Dorado.

Dorado is a single malt whiskey with the true character of the American Southwest. Using the Scottish model of whiskey-making, Dorado is made from 100% barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire, mashed, fermented, copper pot distilled, aged and bottled on site. After the barrels are emptied and dried, we fill them with rough ground chocolate and age for 4 months. Once tempered, the resulting chocolate is decadently rich, with a nose of oak and smokey whiskey.
