Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Utility Objects is a ceramic production studio led by ceramicist Aleisha Duchateau (Doo-sha-TOE). In her one-woman studio, she creates contemporary stoneware pieces formed on the pottery wheel and finished with organic textures, unique finishes and earthy color palettes drawing inspiration from Japanese wabi-sabi and Italian "Schizzato" splatterware for the home and artful delights.
